About the Course:
The course aims to equip participants with a foundational understanding and knowledge of basic soil concepts and properties. It aims to broaden participants’ understanding of the significance of these concepts for improved crop production. In particular, it provides an introduction and review of the analysis of the various soil characteristics, soil requirements, and soil management. This course was developed through the program Smart Approaches to Reinvigorate Agriculture as an Industry (SARAI) Phase 2 Project 2.5 Soil Profiling and Characterization of SARAI sites.
